The AI coach is instructed to follow ethical guidelines, and our human coaches sample and audit coaching conversations. Our Human-in-the-Loop approach ensures that the coaching fully adheres to the ethical guidelines of coaching.

Enhanced Privacy
Only your nickname is shared with the underlying AI. Your email address is managed in a separate module of the Clario platform. Human coaches who monitor the quality and safety of coaching conversations can only view anonymized samples of conversations where all names of people, teams, departments, and companies have been redacted. The conversation samples are used solely to ensure coaching quality and are treated with the strictest confidentiality.
