To reinforce learning, Clario delivers proactive, bite-sized (under 2 minutes) tips, best practices, and reflection questions. Using conversation history, it anticipates user needs and leads the conversation, transforming from a passive advisor into an active partner in goal achievement.
Proprietary Coaching Methodology
Our unique coaching methodology is the result of an international collaboration between coaches and psychometric experts. It incorporates the GROW, OSKAR, and FUEL coaching models and Motivational Interviewing. It is based on decades of collective experience delivering coaching sessions powered by OD-Tools' psychometric assessments.
People Analytics Dashboard
For organizations, Clario provides a dashboard to track key metrics. It allows leaders to monitor learning engagement, quantify skill acquisition, and gain an overview of the main coaching topics.
Documenting Progress
Clario makes a summary of the coaching progress, key insights, achievements, goals, and action plans. The entire coaching transcript and summary can be exported at any time to share with a human coach.
Underlying Technology
Model Agnostic
Clario's architecture is designed for professional depth, coherence, and independence, and it is not tied to a single AI model. It uses one of the leading large language models (LLMs) to ensure state-of-the-art reasoning and conversational quality. It can also switch to a different LLM as technology develops.
Complex Architecture
Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and a custom orchestration framework, Clario integrates its proprietary knowledge base to prevent hallucinations and model drift toward generic advice. This enables it to maintain a complex relational memory and conversational coherence across a great number of sessions, encoding a client’s entire coaching journey into the active context.
Proprietary Coaching Engine
Clario's unique coaching "personality," methodology, and domain-specific knowledge base are independent of the underlying LLM. This proprietary engine is the product of decades of experience from an international team of coaches and psychometric experts.
Security & Ethical Oversight

Anonymity and Privacy
User privacy is paramount. All identifying details (names of people, teams, companies) are redacted from the samples viewed by human coaches. The user's email is managed in a separate, secure module, and only a user-selected nickname is shared with the underlying AI, ensuring strict confidentiality.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
To manage potentially sensitive conversations and ensure ethical standards are met, Clario employs a HITL framework. Human coaches audit anonymized conversation samples to ensure the quality and safety of the coaching, in compliance with regulations like the EU AI Act.
